Ashleigh Goulden
Ashleigh is our dedicated Senior Associate, representing clients across all areas of family law. She understands that navigating the family law process is an emotional and challenging time and is committed to ensuring that clients feel supported throughout this period. Ashleigh is solutions-focused, providing clients with clear, tailored advice to assist them in reaching a resolution.
Ashleigh was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2014. She graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology). She holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law. Since admission, Ashleigh has practised exclusively in family law, regularly advocating for clients with complex parenting and property cases. She is also a qualified collaborative law practitioner. Where litigation is necessary, Ashleigh has extensive experience appearing before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Ashleigh has a high level of expertise across all areas of Family Law, including property settlements, financial agreements, parenting issues, child support, spousal maintenance, divorce and de facto relationships.
